Compared with the traditional cast iron radiator, the new type of insert radiator has made great progress. However, the temperature required for the radiator is not very different because of the differences in different regions and human physiques. In the cold winter, we will spend a long time to warm up, and the number of radiators should also be increased to prepare for inadequate heating. If the radiator cannot reach the required temperature, we will pay attention to the knowledge of the radiator at this time. Choosing an insert radiator with a suitable height can get a good heating result. The installation location is selected so that the incoming cold air can be quickly heated, so as to spread to the entire room, and the temperature rises evenly. The best installation location for the fin radiator is the accessory near the window. If this location is occupied, choose a location with good ventilation as much as possible.

You can also add a partition above the insert radiator. The cold air heated by the insert radiator makes this part of the air rise and the cold air above it drops. If there is no partition above the elbow radiator, the hot air will continue to rise. Then it flows to the roof, and the cold air sticks to the ground, and the human body senses that the temperature of the insert radiator is not enough. After the partition is added, the heated air encounters the partition and is intercepted and landed. It convects with the cold air on the ground, and the cold air rises and is heated again by the radiator, so that the indoor temperature of all the circulated rooms gradually rises.

The insert radiator thermostatic control valve consists of two parts: a thermostatic controller and a valve body. Its working principle is that the user turns the thermostat controller to the required set temperature. When the indoor temperature exceeds the set temperature, the temperature bulb (filled with a temperature-sensitive medium) of the thermostat controller is heated and expanded, increasing in volume, pushing the valve stem, Make the valve close, reduce the water flow of the inverter radiator, and make the room temperature reach the set temperature. When the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature, the temperature bulb shrinks by cold, and the volume decreases. The return spring in the valve core pushes back the valve stem to open the valve and increase the radiator water flow until the room temperature reaches the set value. .

When dealing with the installation of the insert radiator, it is necessary to deal with the role of each wire. Once it is not handled properly, the explosion may still occur. In the entire system, the power supply must be allocated, and then the ground can be divided. Of course, there are many categories of power supplies, and many more use systems. The grounding of the radiator is not strictly stated where to connect, but it should be noted that if the connection is bottomed, these devices basically need to add gaskets and also have Stress test. Be aware that if the blade radiator is not handled well, it will blow up. The heat sink of the main MOSFET of the power supply hits the case, and the case is metal and connected to the PE. In addition, these components have a small capacitance when they are attached to the heat sink. Coupling, resulting in common mode noise. If it is not handled well, it is just a big antenna.
